Villa Anatoli is a brand new three bedroom luxury stone built villa completed in July 2009 situated in an enviable position in north eastern Zakynthos with stunning views overlooking Aghios Nikolaos,  a picturesque port with a pebble and shingle beach.

 

A short drive will take you down to the port where you will find a number of tavernas, a small grocery shop, souvenir shop and a petrol station. Alternatively a 20 minute stroll down the lane that runs adjacent to the boundary of the property through wild flowers and ancient olive groves will bring you down to the port although this is probably not advisable in the heat of high summer !

 

The villa has an open plan kitchen and lounge/dining area with double French doors that open onto a fabulous roofed balcony that has an outdoor dining table and chairs along with sofa, chairs and a coffee table.

The hand built oak kitchen is complimented by granite worktops, a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. A washing machine, freezer and extra fridge can be found in the attached boiler room near the swimming pool. A dining table seating six, sofas and a wood burning fire complete the upper floor.

 

An iroko wood staircase leads downstairs to three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with French doors leading to a patio and gardens. The second bedroom is a twin with built in wardrobes and French doors also leading to a patio and the pool area. The third master bedroom is a large bedroom with built in wardrobes and double arched doors leading out on to a large roofed terrace with fantastic views and steps down to the infinity pool. The terrace has an outdoor sofa, chairs and a coffee table.

 

 

The villa benefits from multi room air conditioning which can also provide heat in the cooler Spring and Autumn months.

 

We have free wi-fi, why not bring a laptop if you need to keep in touch with the world. There is also an ipod dock so you can enjoy your favourite music.  We also have a LCD TV and DVD player solely for watching DVD's. 

 

Outside there are steps leading from the terrace to the patios, gardens and parking areas, boiler room, and a fantastic 10 x 5 metre infinity pool where sunbeds and umbrellas are provided.
